1. Who we are

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay. We may decline an order, in which case we refund you in full, for example where an item is out of stock, where a price was listed in error, or where we cannot deliver to your address.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include our costs but exclude any import duty or tax charged by your country. If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.

4. Personalised items

Monogrammed items are made to your specification. We email confirmation of the characters before pressing; once pressed they cannot be changed. Our voluntary 30 day return policy applies to personalised items anyway, which is more than the law requires.

5. Delivery

Delivery times on shipping and delivery are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control, though we will chase them on your behalf.

6. Returns

As set out on the returns page. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Warranty

As set out on the warranty page. Natural variation in leather colour, grain and marking is not a defect.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photography, copy and the Bag n Fable name and marks, belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to its courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
